For all the people older than 14 there is a daily subsistence tax of 2.10 € per person. This tax is not included in the total price of the accommodation and it can only be paid on site.
Cancellation terms and conditions: Room cancellations are only accepted in writing at the Hotel Sonnenheim. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit is retained.
When you cancel between 28 days and 6 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 80% of the total price of your reservation.
When you cancel within the last 6 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 100% of the total price of your reservation.
In cases of cancellation on the day of your arrival, late arrival, or premature departure, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reserved booking for the missed days, in accordance with Italian law pertaining to hotel reservations (deposit is offset).
